The surface of the land was approximately 7.240 m2, from east to west 120 m and from north to south 56,9 m, concrete was placed 16.7 m below street level. The basement was 10.6 m below street level. The base of the building are he first five floors over the street. Entrance is four floors above street level. From the five floor the building goes straight to the floor 86 and the steel structure has a weight of 60.000 TN.

The Hall of the 5th Avenue is made of Hauteville marble and decorated with Art Deco decorations. Outside the building 930 m2 of Pink Marble were used along with 27.900 m2 of Hauteville marble as well.
